There is a Paradigm Shift going on….

Have we ever wondered WHY?! Why do we exercise the way that we do?
Why do most Physical Therapists treat us the way that they do?  Why do
most Personal Trainers train us the way that they do?  Where does the
methodology come from?  When did it start?  Is it THE best way?  Are
there better methods?  Are you tired of all the questions?  Do you
want some BRIEF answers?

The days of completely focusing on ISOLATION, working ONLY in 1 plane
of motion, and treating SYMPTOMS versus attacking CAUSES will one day
be only a memory.

First, virtually NOTHING in the body works in isolation.

…So, why do most Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers focus on
isolating body parts?

Next, life and movement is 3 dimensional(think of a Sphere).  Nearly
every muscle in the body twists and curves around joints.

    …So why do most training programs focus on one plane?

Finally, life and movement is a chain reaction with a cause and an effect.

    …So why do we not work our bodies standing?  Why don’t we
workout and do Physical Therapy from the ground up and from the top
down?
