Happy New Year 2009

Hello,

 

I’m going to make this short and sweet for 3 reasons:  First of all my battery is dying.  Secondly, I’m running short on time.  Finally, and most importantly long drawn out blogs are BORING.

 

My weekly advice is this:

Find something that you like to do to for “exercise” and stick to it CONSISTENTLY for the next 90 days.  You will sense a difference in many areas of your life.  

What is exercise?  Well what it’s not is sitting on the couch.  Get up, clean the house, mow the lawn, walk around the block, go for a hike, swim, hike…etc
