There are vast
amounts of personal trainers in Las Vegas. However, it would be
very difficult to find the combination of my rehabilitation
background, current studies, years of experience, and specialty of working in the
comfortable home setting or outdoors.

Q. Where do you train
your clients?
I train my clients in their homes. Travel is generally limited to
the Summerlin area.
Q. How can you
train someone in their house?
Great question! It's actually a very simple approach. We would all have
to agree that people are not in great shape because they don't move
around enough and they eat too much. My job is to get you moving 3 dimensionally. If you
move it....you will lose it. It really is simple.
Q. How can Desert Valley Personal Training help me?
My passion is helping others to lose weight and improve their health. I
train my clients in their homes using basic fitness equipment that has
been proven to work. You will not only lose weight, but you will improve
you strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and general well being. Furthermore, you will decrease the chance of further injuries, improve total health, and feel better inside and out.
Q. What about equipment? I have none.
I do. Training includes simple yet successful equipment that is provided
during each workout. Your physical presence is generally all that you need.
Q. Aren't personal trainers for the rich?
People who have the desire to meet their fitness goals hire personal
trainers. A huge percentage of the population spends tons of money every
day on diet pills, gym memberships they don't use, and junk exercise
equipment that serves only as a coat rack in their house! If your desire
is there, we will work it out!
Q. My apartment is way to small to train in. What can I do?
I have successfully worked with people in "cramped" apartments. All we
need is an area roughly 10x8. Just think of moving that couch or table
part of your workout. It can be done!
Q. How many
sessions per week is necessary?
That
depends on your goals and your schedule. Many people show great progress
with
1 - 2 - 3 sessions a week!
Q.
How long are sessions?
I can work anywhere from 15 minute to 2 hour sessions. It all depends on your goals, medical history, and schedule.
Q.
How much are your rates?
Rates start at $50 for 25 minute sessions.
Q. I'm still not convinced. Could I try one session for free to see
what it is like?
Yes, call me at 702-521-9127, fill out my online form, or email me
direct at for a free consultation and session. Subject
to time availability.
