I do it everyday. I love what I do because it works. I know it works because I employ it daily with my clients, and it has worked for my own weight loss and injury recovery success. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you I feel better physically now in my mid-30's than I did at the age of 21. One of the reasons I got into this business is because I know what it's like to be overweight and out of shape. I know the feeling of not being able to do the activities I wanted to do because of my extra pounds. As a teenager, I've been called fat, plump, obese, big boned, or just plain "gross". It sucked! I've felt the stares, heard the whispering, hated the necessity for special order "husky" clothes, and I just plain felt uncomfortable in nearly every situation. For quite sometime, self esteem was foreign to me indeed. I'm exhilarated to say that those days are long gone. I now teach other people the secrets to fitness success that took me literally years to figure out through painful trial and error, two college degrees, personal training and fitness certifications, and hours of self study. That is correct, I'm not just your typical weekend certification personal trainer. Far from it. I've lived through the frustration, thus I've dedicated my life to the study of human motion from the bottom up to the top down, from the inside out, while encouraging my clients mind, body, and spirit. I've chosen my mission to help others battle their way to optimal health. The struggle will not be easy, but it is the right thing to do... for no one can give you health but yourself! I do promise you though that the journey is inspiring as you pound past barriers that you once thought were too high to climb, too long to cross, or too big to push our of your way. You have to BELIEVE that you can do it. The thought is the first step and will put momentum into your progress. The next step is ACTION. I believe in my program because proper, consistent, and specific exercise is the one application that does work for everyone.
